Our story

Andrew and Bianca met the very same way many others do—by swiping right (thanks, internet). They found they had a lot in common in those early interactions, both having been raised with similar upbringings from Filipino parents. They’d text late into the wee hours of the morning, finding more and more in common with one another, even discovering their shared longtime disgust of bananas and love of colder weather and communicating fluently to one another through Harry Potter quotes.

All seemed to be going well, until March of 2020 when news of the Coronavirus began to spread, and the lockdown orders were given.

While the world around was filled with fear and uncertainty, they found comfort in each other with dates on Zoom watching movies, going on virtual tours of the Palace of Versailles and the Louvre, taking virtual "walks" together around Nagahama on Google Maps, or even just talking and laughing until the other fell asleep at their computer.

As times got better, so too did their sense of companionship. Every day together are memories made and we can’t wait to share new memories with YOU, so please help us celebrate our wedding ceremony and reception this November!
